The proposal has been approved for the setting up of design center and training centre for engineering graduates and diploma holder students on design aspects of steel plant equipment/ rolling mills under CEFC. The training centre is also targeted for designing, development and training of the steel plant serving engineers in the field of design and skill & knowledge development of other technical professionals at Korus Design & Research Centre at Bahadurgarh, Haryana. It will have the training facility to train engineering graduates and diploma holder students on design aspects of steel plant equipment. Such centers are presently not available in the country.
